Built to sell out
From the first presale to the last scan at the gate
Selling under your own name, seeing what is happening while it happens, and getting everyone inside smoothly: every organiser wants that. After that the paths diverge, because a season ticket is a very different thing from a time slot. Below, first what applies everywhere, then what your sector needs.

Selling under your own name
- Your own shop on your own domain: your colours, logo, copy and language, and confirmation emails from your own address.
- A checkout that works on mobile: a short flow whose every step you set up yourself, with the ticket going straight into the wallet.
- More than just the ticket: add-ons, bundles and packages, and a second event recommended in the same order.
- Discounts that do exactly what you want: per event or ticket type, with a validity period, a usage cap and separate code series per partner.
- Your own questions in the order: eleven field types, from dropdown to file upload and signature.
- Self-service cancellation and exchanges: let visitors cancel or move their ticket within the rules you set, whether or not for an extra charge.

Seeing what is happening
- Dashboards you build yourself: revenue, transactions, funnel and availability in real time, broken down by ticket type, channel, section and time slot.
- Campaign tracking without custom work: Meta pixel including the server-side Conversions API, Google Analytics 4 and Tag Manager, and the TikTok pixel, configurable per shop.
- Attribution down to the code: channel, shop and code series are fixed on the transaction, so every partner and every campaign traces back to revenue.
- Segments that update themselves: built on spend, events attended, codes used and location, with size and average order value visible.
- Reports that arrive by themselves: a fixed set, schedulable and emailed automatically — including to people without dashboard access.

Getting visitors inside
- Scanning with the app: for Android and iOS, with scan zones for separate areas.
- A box office on site: door sales on any device, with a payment terminal and printer, from the same inventory as online.
- Turnstiles and access gates: connections with the hardware already in place.
- A queue that switches itself on: at peak demand it kicks in and keeps visitors in an orderly line.

Building on it yourself
- Open API: covering events, tickets, transactions, customers, discounts, checkout, subscriptions and seating charts, with a test environment alongside production.
- More than forty webhooks: from completed transaction to abandoned checkout and completed scan, with signed payloads and automatic retries.
- Without writing code: a Zapier app with more than twenty triggers, letting your ticketing platform talk to thousands of other apps and tools.
- Or have it built: if a connection is missing, we build it with you.

The platform can do more than fits on one page, and more is added every month. Missing something, or wondering whether the one thing that makes your event special is possible too? Ask. The answer is more often yes than no, and if it isn't, we build it.
