Events

Sales rounds you set up yourself, camping and parking as add-ons, a queue that switches itself on at the on-sale, and resale that stays inside your own shop. From the first early bird to the last scan at the gate.

What you sell, and when

  • Ticket types side by side: day and weekend tickets, combination tickets and partner allocations, each with its own inventory, its own on-sale moment and, if you want, its own sales channel.
  • Selling in phases: early-bird sales, regular sales and late tickets, each with its own price and its own moment at which sales open.
  • Priority for those who sign up: let visitors leave their email address on a sign-up page before the on-sale. When sales start, that group gets in first, through the same ticket link as everyone else.
  • Private shops: hide a shop or a ticket type behind a password or a secret link, for crew, sponsors or a quiet presale.
  • A queue at the on-sale: switches on automatically at peak demand and keeps visitors in an orderly line.

Everything sold alongside the ticket

  • Add-ons per ticket type: camping, parking, shuttle bus, lockers, merchandise. Several add-ons per ticket.
  • Bundles: ticket plus coach travel plus merchandise for one price, with compulsory and optional components.
  • Packages: pick three events from a series of five at a better rate, combined with seat and tier selection if you want.
  • Self-service exchanges: let visitors move their own tickets to another time slot or another event, within the limits you set and, if you want, for an exchange fee.
  • Self-service cancellation, on your terms: let ticket holders cancel their own ticket, whether or not for an extra charge at purchase. You decide how much they get back and how far in advance — everything up to two months before the event and half up to two weeks before, for example.
  • Sell gift cards: let visitors give a visit as a present. That creates an extra sales moment around the holidays, and a new customer profile when the card is redeemed.
  • Donations: let visitors add a donation to a good cause to their order.
  • Cross-sell: recommend a comparable event during checkout, exactly when the visitor is buying anyway.
  • Multi-event checkout: and let them pay for both events in a single order.

Prices, discounts and partners

  • Discounts exactly as you want them: a fixed amount or a percentage, on precisely the tickets and in precisely the period you choose. Waiving only the service fee is possible too.
  • Managing discount campaigns: create a separate series of codes per radio station, sponsor or influencer, each with its own rules, so you can see per campaign what has been redeemed.
  • Dynamic visitor segments: build segments that update live and automatically receive a discount, or an exemption from service fees — everyone who spent more than a given amount in the past six months, for instance.
  • Volume discounts: an automatic discount from a certain number of tickets, with nothing for the visitor to fill in.
  • Itemised service fees: show a deposit, city tax or sustainability contribution separately instead of as one general fee line.

Resale in your own hands

  • Resale under your own control: directly in the platform, or through Menta or TicketSwap.
  • You set the rules: on or off per event and per ticket type, a floor price or a price cap against touting, the window in which it is allowed, and the level of the fees — which go to you rather than to a middleman.
  • No stray barcodes: on resale the old ticket is voided and the buyer receives a new one. The valid barcode always stays inside your own system.
  • The buyer becomes a customer: whoever takes over a ticket ends up in your own database as a known profile.
  • A waiting list when you sell out: let visitors know as soon as a ticket becomes available again.

On site

  • Scanning at no cost: a free scanning app for Android and iOS, running on your own devices.
  • Access to more than the entrance: with scan zones, a ticket also grants access to other areas — the VIP field, the campsite, the afterparty — all with the same app.
  • See who is inside, live: a dashboard showing how many visitors have been scanned, as it happens.
  • Sales at the door: point-of-sale software on any device, with a local printer or print server if needed.
  • Trade fairs and day visits: time slots with their own price per slot, and the opening time on the ticket.
  • Reservations: let a group book online, approve the request, and only then take payment.
