One platform, your systems, our team

Ticketing never stands alone. Your box office, your membership records, your email tool and the turnstiles at the entrance all need to know the same thing. We make those connections, and take on whatever would otherwise still be done by hand.

Payments

  • Pay.nl as the standing payment partner: our clients work with Pay.nl by default, under their own agreement in their own name.
  • Stripe, Adyen, Worldline and Shift4: integrated as alternatives, so that payment always goes through.
  • The proceeds stay yours: the funds are held in your name. We do not sit in your cash flow.

Access and gates

  • Axess and Skidata: for turnstiles and entrance gates.
  • XSControl/TicketTeam: as a gate solution.
  • KNVB: a connection for C3V, for stadium bans in professional football.

Sport and clubs

  • Clubcollect.nl: for membership records and dues, so that the club and the ticketing know the same people.
  • Twelve.eu: for payment cards that double as access.
  • Bundeling app and Azerion: for your own club app and the media around it.

Culture, passes and municipalities

  • Intersolve and partners: including the Museumkaart, for city passes and annual passes alongside your regular ticket sales. The benefit is at the door: you scan a pass with the same app as a ticket, and registration happens automatically. One device, one action, no paperwork afterwards.

Marketing, data and automation

  • Zapier: a dedicated app with more than twenty triggers, letting your ticketing platform talk to thousands of other apps and tools — Mailchimp and Brevo among them — with no custom work.
  • Meta, Google and TikTok: pixel and server-side Conversions API, Google Analytics 4 and Tag Manager, and the TikTok pixel — configurable per shop.
  • Reporting tools: push your data through to Looker Studio, Power BI or Tableau.

Build on it yourself

The platform is built API-first: ticket sales, prices and visitor data are all reachable through the API, with more than forty webhooks and a test environment alongside production. If you want to connect your own systems or automate processes, you can do it yourself. If you would rather not, we build it for you.

What we do

  • Setup and migration: in weeks, not quarters — and in days if it has to be. Configure, connect, run in parallel for a while, validate the reporting, then switch over.
  • Dutch-language visitor support: ticket buyers' questions land with a Dutch team that knows your events, not in an international queue.
  • Support around the on-sale: a run sheet beforehand, someone watching with you on the day, and a review together afterwards: drop-off, conversion per channel, and what we will set up differently next time.
  • Everything for on site: point-of-sale software for door sales, scanners, turnstiles and gates — we supply the lot. Prefer to buy your own or use your own people? That works just as well.
  • An entrance manager who takes over the door: they prepare the scanners, hand them out to your scanning staff and stay with them all day, answer visitors' questions at the door and report the scanning figures back. So you do not have to worry about the entrance on the day itself.
