Privacy statement
1. Who we are
Full House Technology ("we", "us") supplies ticketing and payment solutions for events, venues, sport and leisure & culture, through an integration with Vivenu's platform. Our website www.fullhouse.tech (the "Website") tells you more about us and our services. This privacy statement explains which personal data we collect, what we use it for, how long we keep it and how we protect it.
2. What this statement covers
This statement covers the data we process through this Website: what you send us through the contact form, and the technical data needed to make the site work. For that data we are the controller ourselves.
Bought a ticket for an event? That data is processed on the instructions of the organiser of that event. We make separate arrangements about it with every organiser. Questions about your order or your data go to the organiser, or to us at cs@fullhouse.tech.
3. Which data we process, and why
| Data | Purpose | Legal basis |
|---|---|---|
| (Company) name, email address, phone number, the content of your message | Maintaining contact with (prospective) clients; responding to questions submitted through the contact form | Performance of (steps prior to) a contract, or legitimate interest |
| IP address, browser type, device data | Making the Website work properly, adjusting language and display | Legitimate interest |
| Application data (for vacancies) | Assessing job applications | Legitimate interest / steps prior to a contract |
4. How long we keep data
Contact requests and prospective clients: no longer than 18 months after the last contact. Existing clients: for the duration of the contract plus a maximum of 18 months, unless a longer period is required by law. Job applications: no longer than 4 weeks after the process ends, unless you consent to a longer period. Tax records: 7 years, in line with the statutory retention obligation.
5. Whether we share data with others
We share personal data with parties that help us deliver our services, including Vivenu as our ticketing platform, payment service providers such as Pay.nl, Stripe, Adyen, Worldline and Shift4, and — depending on the organiser's sector — partners such as Twelve.eu, Clubcollect.nl, Bundeling app, Azerion, XSControl, Axess, Skidata and Intersolve. For marketing communications we may use Zapier and connected email platforms such as Mailchimp and Brevo. Arrangements are in place with all of these parties to protect your data. We do not share data with third parties beyond the above, unless we are required to do so by law.
6. Transfers outside the EU
In so far as data is transferred to parties outside the European Union, this happens only where an adequate level of protection is guaranteed, in line with Chapter 5 of the GDPR.
7. How we secure data
See our Security page for a full overview. In short: encryption of data in transit and at rest, access on a need-to-know basis, and regular checks on the security of our systems and those of our partners.
8. Your rights
You have the right to access your data, to have it corrected or erased, to object to processing, to withdraw your consent, and to lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens). Please contact us using the details below.
9. Changes
We may amend this privacy statement from time to time. We will announce material changes on the Website.
