Sport

Season tickets, digital membership cards and single-match ticket sales in one system, connected to your turnstiles and to the KNVB — and, for marathons, cycling events and obstacle runs, registrations with every participant detail you need.

Season, members and subscriptions

  • Season tickets: a fixed seat for the whole season, with renewal for existing holders before general sales open.
  • Digital membership cards: the club's card in the member's wallet, good for access to every match and to the places they are entitled to — their own stand, the sponsors' lounge.
  • Automatic member benefits: members receive a discount or priority on sales for events and special fixtures. No code needed, based on their account.
  • Renewing for the new season: members renew their membership automatically, or manually by paying for the new season themselves.
  • Sponsor management: let sponsors manage their sponsor passes digitally and send tickets to partners or staff themselves.

Match day

  • Single-match sales alongside: manage visitor capacity for single-match sales while season tickets, sponsor tickets and digital membership cards are all taken into account. Everything in one system.
  • Groups and tiers: an automatic discount from a certain number of tickets, for teams, schools and supporters' associations.
  • Stands and sections on the seating chart: recreate your stadium or ground with sections, rows and seats, and let supporters pick their own place.
  • A box office at the gate: sell at the gate, from the same inventory as online. Whatever sells online can no longer be sold at the door.
  • Self-service upgrades to a better seat: the visitor converts their own reserved seat to a better one or to a VIP package, without a new order.

Access and safety

  • Turnstiles and access gates: connections with Axess and Skidata, and with XSControl/TicketTeam as a gate solution.
  • Stadium bans: for professional football, a connection with the KNVB for C3V.
  • Named tickets: tickets in the holder's name and, if you want, a barcode that only appears shortly before the match or an NFC ticket that cannot be screenshotted.
  • Tickets with the right people: a maximum per customer or per order keeps touts out and your own supporters in.

Club and association

  • Membership administration and dues: a connection with Clubcollect.nl, so that the membership records and the ticketing know the same people.
  • Club app and media: connections with Bundeling and Azerion.
  • Watching live on the day: sales and scans side by side in one dashboard, right up to kick-off and beyond.

Participant events

  • Registering instead of buying a ticket: distances, start waves and start times as separate ticket types, each with its own capacity.
  • Questions at registration: eleven field types in the checkout, from dropdown to file upload and signature — shirt size, date of birth, club, emergency contact, agreement to the rules.
  • Teams and groups: several participants in one order, with an automatic volume discount from a certain number of registrations.
  • A named entry: participation is personal, and transferring it goes through you — the participant passes their place on from their own account, and you keep an accurate participant list.
  • Full is full, with a waiting list: a sign-up page for anyone who wants in if places come free.
  • A good cause alongside: a voluntary donation at registration, shown separately in the reporting.
  • The participant list, out: every registration with its answers exportable or retrievable through the API, for timing or race numbers.
