Leisure & Culture

Timed entry slots with their own capacity and their own price per slot, annual passes that renew themselves, and one app that scans both a regular ticket and a museum or city pass.

Time slots and capacity

  • Time slots with their own capacity: divide the day into slots and set how many visitors fit into each one.
  • A price per time of day: the quiet morning cheaper than the busy afternoon, automatically.
  • The opening time on the ticket: the visitor knows when they are expected, and the queue at the door gets shorter.
  • Guided tours and activities: as an add-on to the admission ticket, with their own capacity per start time — a feeding time, a tour of the garden, a workshop.

Passes, subscriptions and municipal schemes

  • City passes and museum annual passes: accept them alongside your regular tickets, through our connection with Intersolve and partners such as the Museumkaart. You scan them with the same app as a regular ticket, and registration happens automatically.
  • Your own annual pass: steady income instead of one-off visits, with a subscription that renews itself. Whether you grant free entry or a discount on every visit.
  • Recognising pass holders: holders get their rate or their free entry automatically, without a code and without a separate step at the desk.

At the desk and at the entrance

  • Desk sales: point-of-sale software on any device, with a payment terminal and printer.
  • Self-service: contactless entry and self-scanning at the door. The software sits in the platform. The hardware runs through external partners, as it does for turnstiles.
  • Scanning with zones: separate zones for the entrance, an exhibition or a separate attraction.

Groups, schools and distribution

  • Reservations with approval: a school or group books online, you approve, payment follows.
  • Combination tickets: admission plus a guided tour, a family ticket, or a joint ticket with a neighbouring attraction or nature reserve.
  • Resellers and OTAs: separate inventory and separate rates per sales partner. That works with some of the OTAs.
