Venues

Subscriptions and memberships that hold on to your regulars, visitors who rebook themselves, and a new programme that goes on sale as easily as the last one. You build the dashboards yourself, and reports go to your partners automatically — including those without access to the system.

Auditorium, seating chart and seat

  • Build your own seating charts: create or amend your own chart, with your own venue drawing underneath as a background.
  • The view from the seat: add a photo of the view per seat or per section, so the visitor knows what they are buying.
  • Best available seat: anyone in a hurry is offered the best seat still free. Anyone who prefers to choose picks their seat on the chart.
  • Tiers and price categories: different pricing per performance, without rebuilding the chart.
  • Reseating without the fuss: moving a visitor from seat A to seat B within the same performance does not create a new ticket, and therefore no extra cost.
  • Self-service upgrades: let the visitor convert their own ticket to another price category — a better tier, or a VIP package — without a new order.
  • 3D venue experience: available through a connection with 3D Digital Venue. (at extra cost)

Holding on to your regulars

  • Subscriptions and season packages: a fixed seat for the whole season, or a run of performances as a package.
  • Memberships with renewal: give members the option to renew their membership every year.
  • Benefits without a code: your regulars have nothing to fill in. Their discount, their service fee exemption or their priority is already attached to their account.
  • Loyalty without a stamp card: dynamic segments that update live on spend, number of visits and campaign participation. Anyone who came three times automatically gets priority.
  • Donations and gift cards: a voluntary gift at checkout, or a card the recipient redeems themselves.

Selling a changing programme

  • A separate flow per performance: a seated theatre performance calls for a different checkout from a standing club night. Both can sit side by side in the same shop.
  • Choice packages: pick three performances from the autumn programme at a better rate, keeping your seat selection.
  • Cross-sell at checkout: anyone buying a ticket is recommended a comparable performance and pays for both in one go.
  • Private performances: premieres, previews and invitation-only nights behind a password, or visible only to a particular group.
  • One link, different offers: one link for everyone, in all your communications. Members see their member rate, donors see their priority, everyone else sees the standard price.

Box office, door and self-service

  • A box office at the door: point-of-sale software on any device, with a payment terminal and ticket printer.
  • Scanning with zones: a ticket can grant access to more than the auditorium. With scan zones you scan separately at the entrance, at the balcony and at the VIP area, and see who is inside per zone.
  • Self-service exchanges: let visitors move their own tickets to another date or another ticket type, whether or not for an exchange fee.
  • Passing tickets on: a visitor shares their tickets with friends from their own account — and you gain an email address.
  • Self-service cancellation, on your terms: let ticket holders cancel their own ticket, whether or not for an extra charge at purchase. You decide how much they get back and how far in advance.
  • Tickets always findable: visitors find their ticket in their own account, instead of in your inbox.

Sharing the numbers with your partners

  • Dashboards you build yourself: revenue, sales per performance, occupancy and availability, broken down by tier, ticket type and sales channel.
  • Reports that arrive by themselves: schedule a set — "last week's revenue, every Monday morning" — and have it sent automatically.
  • Including to people without an account: a producer, promoter or partner receives their figures as a PDF or Excel file by email, without access to your system.
  • A separate set per recipient: everyone gets their own report, and for the same event that can be a different report per partner or per marketer.
  • Export whenever you like: everything out as CSV, Excel or PDF.
